Tap Trackers is priced per line cleaned each month. Run as many routes, technicians and locations as you like. The price doesn't change.
How you're billed
I know how it feels to sit through a 60-minute demo just to find out what something costs. So the prices are right here.
- Per line cleaned. You pay for the lines you cleaned that month. A slow month means a smaller bill.
- No limits. Unlimited routes, technicians and establishments.
- Graduated rates. The more lines you clean, the less each extra line costs. Only the lines inside each level are billed at that level's rate.
Your tap data is your data.
We don't sell it, but you can if you want.
All prices in USD. Rates are graduated: the first 1,250 lines are billed at $0.12, the next 1,250 at $0.09, the next 2,500 at $0.07, and every line after 5,000 at $0.06. Clean 2,000 lines and you pay $217.50 (1,250 at $0.12 plus 750 at $0.09).
As you grow, you earn Draft System Assessments. Each time you reach the next level, you add one: one at the second, a second at the third, a third at the fourth. Use them to sample assessments, then put them to work as you get busier. Earned assessments don't expire.
Capped at $500 a month. Clean 7,000 lines or a million, your investment is capped at $500. Clean 450 lines, your investment is $54. The cap applies to line cleaning fees only. Add-ons are billed on top.
Email, video and phone support are included at no charge.
Set-up fee of $199, credited back at $50 a month over your first four months. Premium set-up is available if you want us to do more of the work. It comes off your bill at $50 a month, so once you're up and running it costs you nothing.

Every company does assessments a little differently. Customise the base assessment to reflect how you work. A change can add, remove, or reword a criteria.
Each change is a one-time setup fee. Once it's made, it applies to every assessment you complete.
The 25-pack includes 2 changes, and the 100-pack includes 10. Need more? Buy them in a bundle.
Make your changes before you start assessing, so every score is measured against the same criteria and your results stay apples-to-apples from one location to the next.
