Some jobs are harder than others. Enter details for each location, such as whether there's free parking, a loading dock, or an elevator, or whether the bar and cooler are on different floors. Then decide whether to charge more per line. The extra time and effort shows up in your fee instead of eating into your margin.

Your techs record each on-site cleaning on their phone, so you aren't chasing paperwork on Monday morning.
Each call has five steps:

Tap Tickets
One QR code in the walk-in fridge, two jobs.
Your tech scans it to record the clean. When anyone else scans it, like a bar owner or a manager, they get a short form to describe the problem, and the request lands in Tap Trackers. You schedule the service call in one click. Every scan is timestamped and shows who did what, so you have a clear record without the phone tag.

Your techs clock in and out on the job, so you can see where the hours go and quote with real numbers instead of guesses.

Assessments

Your tech walks the system from keg to glass on a tablet, adds notes and photos, and Tap Trackers turns it into a scored report you can email. Prospects see what they need and why, and you stop retyping notes back at the office.
